Villa Anna, is a luxurious 3 bedroom detached Villa located in a mainly residential area on the outskirts of the delightful village of Mazotos and only a 5 minute drive from the beach. The property boasts luxury accommodation, with a good sized private pool and views over open countryside. The village of Mazotos is close by with a selection of shops and restaurants. The property is ideally suited for couples or families, where you can enjoy a peaceful family holiday away from the crowd.

On the ground floor there is a spacious and well-appointed lounge with television and DVD and hi-fi. There is a seperate large open plan kitchen and dining room. The fully-equipped Kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer dishwasher and water cooler. In the dining area there is a table and six chairs. The utility room includes a washing machine. There is also a downstairs toilet and washroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom has its own ensuite with shower, washbasin and toilet. There is a further double bedroom and twin bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The property also benefits from air conditioning and central heating.

Around the property is a private swimming pool, generously-sized front, back and side patio and private car parking space. There is also a gas barbeque for those warm summer evenings around the pool.

The villa is about 15 km from Larnaca airport.

A cot and high-chair are available on request.

Also there is the option of hiring the owners modern Jaguar car during your stay at the villa.

Only 15 to 20 minutes drive away is Larnaca town center. with its blue flag award winning beaches, shopping center, and Palm Tree lined (Foinikoudes) Promenade with numerous bars, restaurants and bustling nightlife. For the children there is even a McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut.

Sites of local interest: The Old Fort, St. Lazarus Church, Stavrovouni Monastery, Hala Sultan Tekke.

Local activities: diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, ski, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing

Only a five minute drive from the property is the well known Mazatos Camel Park where you can feed or ride the camels. Mazatos is well located to visit the sights of Cyprus being only 30 minutes from Nicosia, 40 minutes from Ayia Napa with 'Waterworld' the best water park in Cyprus and 45 minutes from Limassol Local restaurants along the sea front road serve local or European dishes and for fresh fish restaurants, Zigi a small fishing village only a short drive from the villa is well worth trying.
