The building adjoins two small archaeological sites dating back to between the 12th and 9th Centuries B.C., and is situated away from the main tourist area, only a short walk to the Marina, Finikoudes Promenade and Blue Flag beach. There is a huge terrace (100m² ) with stunning views of Larnaca, the mountains and the sea. There are original paintings throughout the apartment. In the lounge is a two-seater sofa and a sofa-bed, two chairs, a T.V. and DVD player, a radio, and numerous books and games. The fully-fitted kitchen has all the mod cons (including a washing machine and dishwasher) and a dining area with traditional Cypriot-style chairs seating up to six people. The two bedrooms have built-in cupboards for storage. There is also a cot and high-chair avaiable on request. The apartment has its own private car parking space.
