Royal Gardens is a new (completed 2007)
high quality complex in the quaint and typically cypriot village of Tersefanou. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has been furnished to a very high standard. With the apartment being on the ground floor it benifits from two seperate entrances which are independant from the main complex.
There is a fully fitted kitchen including
oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. A separate back door leads to the dedicated parking spaces.The lounge has a three piece suite, wall mounted flat screen TV and
DVD player. Patio doors lead onto the large verandah which has a table with 4 chairs for al-fresco dining. The main bedroom has a double bed, fully fitted wardrobes and separate en-suite bathroom.The
second bedroom has two single beds and fully fitted wardrobes. The main bathroom is fully
fitted and includes a bath with shower over.

Tersefanou / Larnaca
Tersefanou is a quaint and typically cypriot village.
There are two shops in the village supplying a good variety of food and basic items, and for all general amenities including banks, bakeries etc. Kiti is less than a 5 minute drive away.
Some 10 minutes drive away is Larnaca, with its palm lined Foinikoudes promenade with plenty of shops,
cafes and bars. For the children there is even a McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut. Larnaca fort and
Agios Lazarus church are well worth a visit.
A 40 minute car ride from the apartment takes you to the exciting town of Ayia Napa where you can
find a large variety of restaurants and night clubs. In Ayia Napa you can find the largest themed
waterpark in Europe, "Waterworld". This multi award winning park consists of over 20 thrilling rides
and attractions.... definitely something not to be missed!
Less than 45 minutes drive away is Limassol,
the second largest city, which is located in the southern part of
Cyprus between the ancient kingdoms of Curium and Amathus. It is one of the major tourist resorts in
Cyprus and has the biggest port on the island.
Limassol is also the wine-producing center of the island. The surrounding country side is filled with
acres rich with vineyards
Twice each year, Limassol plays host of the two biggest festivals on the island, Carnival in early spring
and The Wine Festival in late
summer. Both festivals attract locals, as well as tourists from all over the world.
