Mediterranean Sunrise is a new (completed spring 2006)
high quality complex. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has been furnished to a high standard, sleeping 6
comfortably.
There is a fully fitted kitchen including
oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. The lounge has a sofa bed, armchair, TV and
DVD player. Patio doors lead onto the large balcony which has a table with 6 chairs for al-fresco dining. The main bedroom has a double bed, fully fitted wardrobes and separate en-suite bathroom.The
second bedroom has two single beds and fully fitted wardrobes. The main bathroom is fully
fitted and includes a bath with shower over.
The large communal pool
has a waterfall, seperate childrens pool and jacuzzi. Local shops, bars, tavernas, chemist and bank
are all within easy walking distance.

Oroklini / Larnaca
Oroklini still retains a traditional
friendly Greek atmosphere making it especially suitable for couples and families. The village is
only a short walk away with various shops including supermarkets, bank, chemist, 24hr bakery and
dvd rental. There are numerous tavernas and bars selling authentic greek and international food
along with live music and dancing all at competitive prices. On the edge of the village there is
an amusement park with go karts and horse riding. The local blue flag beach is only a couple of
minutes drive away with water sports and plenty of bars and restaurants.
Some 10 minutes drive away is Larnaca, with its palm lined Foinikoudes promenade with plenty of shops,
cafes and bars. For the children there is even a McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut. Larnaca fort and
Agios Lazarus church are well worth a visit.
A 20 minute car ride from the apartment takes you to the exciting town of Ayia Napa where you can
find a large variety of restaurants and night clubs. In Ayia Napa you can find the largest themed
waterpark in Europe, "Waterworld". This multi award winning park consists of over 20 thrilling rides
and attractions.... definitely something not to be missed!
Less than 45 minutes drive away is Limassol,
the second largest city, which is located in the southern part of
Cyprus between the ancient kingdoms of Curium and Amathus. It is one of the major tourist resorts in
Cyprus and has the biggest port on the island.
Limassol is also the wine-producing center of the island. The surrounding country side is filled with
acres rich with vineyards
Twice each year, Limassol plays host of the two biggest festivals on the island, Carnival in early spring
and The Wine Festival in late
summer. Both festivals attract locals, as well as tourists from all over the world.
