This new luxurious apartment benefits
from the security of a complex containing a pool and a gym. There is a personal allocated car parking bay.
The apartment is furnished to a very high modern standard.
This new apartment comprises of a fully equipped kitchen including oven/hob, fridge freezer,
microwave, electric kettle and toaster. The fully fitted bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower.
The bedroom is fitted with a double bed and built in wardrobes. The lounge/dining area has a table with
four chairs and two settees which convert to sofa beds if required. A TV and DVD are provided for those
quite evenings.
Patio doors lead to the large balcony with table and four chairs for
al-fresco dining. The view can be seen of the mountain ranges from the balcony.
There is plenty to do in the village and surrounding area during your stay. There are a number of
blue flag beaches close to the traditional Cypriot village. Larnaca is a short distance away to
visit the harbour, shops and cosmopolitan restaurants.

Oroklini / Larnaca
Oroklini still retains a traditional
friendly Greek atmosphere making it especially suitable for couples and families.
The village is only a short walk away with various shops including supermarkets, bank, chemist,
24hr bakery and dvd rental. There are numerous tavernas and bars selling authentic greek and international
food along with live music and dancing all at competitive prices. On the edge of the village there is an
amusement park with go karts and horse riding. The local blue flag beach is about 5 minutes drive away with
water sports and plenty of bars and restaurants.
Some 10 minutes drive away is Larnaca, with its palm lined Foinikoudes promenade with plenty of shops,
cafes and bars. For the children there is even a McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut. Larnaca fort and Agios Lazarus church are well worth a visit.
A 20 minute car ride from the apartment takes you to the exciting town of Ayia Napa where you can
find a large variety of restaurants and night clubs.
In Ayia Napa you can find the largest themed waterpark in Europe, "Waterworld". This multi award winning park
consists of over 20 thrilling rides and attractions.... definately something not to be missed!
