A: We are a British couple, Jim and Bridget, who live permanently here in Cyprus. This website specialises in renting quality villas and apartments around the Larnaca area of Cyprus to holiday makers through the Internet. All of our villas and apartments provide a cost effective way of allowing guests to book directly and stay in quality, privately owned villas and apartments, at lower prices than if they were booking through a travel agent or tour operator.

Q: How Do I Make An Enquiry?

Q: Are The Rates Per Person Or The Entire Villa or Apartment?
A: The rates are for the entire villa or apartment on a 7 day weekly basis.

Q: What Currency Are The Prices Shown In?
A: Prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling.

Q: What Is The Required Length Of Stay?
A: Usually the minimum length of stay you can book for is 7 nights. Some villas or apartments may accept shorter stays, especially if it is during the low season. In peak season, a premium for shorter stays may be required.

Q: Can You Please Explain The Booking Process?
A: After we have confirmed that the property is available , we will require the essential booking details from you. The reservation deposit can then be paid to our UK bank. Once received, we will then send you a Booking Confirmation by email.

Q: On What Days Do The Bookings Commence?
A: Most villas and apartments have flexible changeover days, only being subject to availability, however a few villas stipulate a particular day. Please check with us before booking.

Q: What Are The Check In & Check Out Times?
A: Standard check in times will be from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival and the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure to allow for preparation and cleaning.

Q: Are Linen and Towels Provided?
All of our villas and apartments are provided with bed linen and bathroom towels. Beach/pool towels are not usually provided, so we would advise you to bring your own. The towels provided are only for use inside the property and are not to be used outdoors on sun beds or at the beach.

Q: Is a car required?
A: Generally we recommend that guests hire a car as you would need to go to Larnaca for the large supermarkets. Some of the apartments and villas are within walking distance of local shops.

Q: Surely villas and apartments are more expensive than hotels?
A: As you check the weekly rates of our Cyprus villas and apartments you'll see that generally they are often much cheaper than the equivelent prices of hotels offering a similar quality standard. Most of our villas and apartments are modern buildings being no more than a couple of years old. Your Cyprus Holiday Villas and Apartments are more spacious, offering greater comfort and privacy than you will get with hotel rooms.. They all come with fully equiped kitchens including ovens, hobs, fridges, freezers, washing machines, kettles and toasters. With all the additional benefits and amenities of a private villa or apartment, it is easy to understand why they are becoming very popular.
