We are Jim and Bridget an english couple who previously lived in the east midlands. After holidays to Cyprus, we decided in March 2004 to buy a holiday home. Seven months later we moved to Cyprus and a week before Christmas when it was completed it became our new permanent home.

After initially helping out local property management companies, we decided to go alone and set up our own cleaning and property services company Oroklini Home Services. At the beginning of 2006 we set up a website which has given us a tremendous growth in new owners. Due to the demand from owners who require property rental services we developed a sister website Holiday Lettings Cyprus.

We are continuing to grow rapidly as new owners and investors are continuing to use our property management and rental services.

We are continuing to enjoy our lifestyle here in Cyprus and probably our only regret is not having made the move earlier. If you are contemplating making the move yourself, please feel free to contact us.
